A fine French 19th century bronze of ‘Flora et l’Amour’. The Roman goddess of flowers and Spring is depicted seated on a tree sttump holding a floral swag. Cupid stands behind her holding a wreath. It has a cast signature A Coysevox F. 1710, inscribed F. Barbedienne Fondeur, and stamped with A. Collas Brevette Reduction Mecanique cachet. It measures 34cm high. There is some age related wear.

Barbedienne Fondeur and stamped with A Collas Brevette Reduction Mecanique cachet. It measures 34cm high. There are signs of age related wear but this is a fine bronze.
