A Charming Picture of a Cherub on Silk by Bartlozzi dated 1808 – with a Lovely Embroidered Oval Border

An unusual and decorative picture of a cherub holding a pipe and blowing bubbles, by Bartlozzi and dated 1808. The picture has an embrodiered border of red silk flowers and gilt scrolls. It is in a pretty gilt frame but this is later being late 19th century. It is in good condition but has some minor age related wear.
