Description
This lovely Art Nouveau bronze of a nude female by Ernst Seger measures 35cm high and is on a square rouge marble base.
Seger was a German sculptor who studied from 1884 at the Breslau School of Art. In 1893 he travelled to Paris to work in the studio of Auguste Rodin. After his return, he started his own studio in Berlin and became famous for his nude figures. The bronze is signed and dated 1912.
This bronze is in good condition.
