A lovely figured walnut work table. The table is inlaid with a central Tunbridge Ware design of Eridge Castle, which was built near Tunbridge Wells in 1789. The table has a fitted frieze drawer with basket below on baluster supports united by a turned stretcher on cabriole legs. In the past, two small pieces of veneer have been replaced on the top right hand side and there is some minor age related wear. The drawer and basket have been re-papered. Good condition.
