A fine quality work from French scupltor, Jules Moigniez (1835-1894). He worked during the 19th century and sculptured bronzes which he frequently exhibited at the Paris Salon. This wonderful work of the ‘Shepherdess’ is beautifully cast and is displayed on a round gilt plinth.

It measures 32cm high and is in very good condition.
