  • DELIVERY & POSTAGE: Delivery on items in the UK, other than furniture and heavy items, is a flat rate of £15. Please contact me for an estimate of postage on any other items.Also please contact me for a postage cost regarding shipping of items outside the UK.
  • RETURNS On the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods, they should be returned to Dorking House Antiques with an explanation of why you don’t wish to keep the item (full address of Dorking Antiques is on my CONTACT page). Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless there is a fault with the item. You can also contact me by email: [email protected].
  • Should an item arrive damaged please contact me by email or telephone.
  • I do not charge VAT on goods.
  • I try to be as accurate as possible with my datelines, photographs and description of the stock, but colours etc may vary. If you have any queries at all please contact me for more information. I can always send additional images and information of any items.
